Reindeer Games Contest Rules
CONTEST PERIOD: Starts on Monday, November 17, 2025 at 8:00 AM EST and ends on Sunday, November 30th, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.
ELIGIBILITY: This is a multi-station contest on BAS Broadcasting & Digital’s stations Mix 102.7 WCPZ, Coast Country 100.9 WMJK, and WLEC 1450 AM & 93.5 FM. The contest is open only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older and who reside in Sandusky, Erie, Seneca, Huron, Ottawa, or Lorain counties in Ohio, all within Mix 102.7 WCPZ, Coast Country 100.9 WMJK, and WLEC 1450 AM & 93.5 FM’s listening areas. Employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and their immediate family members of the sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and employees of other media organizations are not eligible to enter. By participating, each entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these official contest rules.
HOW TO ENTER: From Monday, November 17, 2025 at 8:00 AM EST to Sunday, November, 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST, participants can sign up on mix1027.com, coast1009.com, and wlec.com by going to the ‘Reindeer Games 2025’ page under the ‘Contest’ tab and filling out the entry form. In the entry form, listeners will guess which reindeer will win the race. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entries may be submitted online through the official contest entry form or by mailing a postcard including your full name, address, phone number, and email to BAS Broadcasting & Digital, Attn: Contest Entries, 1640 Cleveland Road, Sandusky, OH 44870. Please note: The station address may change during the contest period; any such change will be announced. All entries, regardless of method, have an equal chance of winning. Duplicates, copies, and other mechanical reproductions are not permitted. Illegible, mutilated, unintelligible, or incomplete entries will be disqualified. The number of entries per person is limited to three (3) for the duration of the contest period per station.
PRIZE(S) DESCRIPTION: The randomly selected winner will receive the following:

- Two night accommodations at the Westin Cleveland Hotel, 777 St. Clair Avenue NE Cleveland, valued at $300, with complimentary valet for the night of the stay valued at $49. Must be used by October 15, 2026, based on space availability and blackout dates may apply.
- 4 tickets to The Christmas Story House, 3159 W 11th St. Cleveland, valued at $80.
- 4 tickets to the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame, 1100 E 9th St, Cleveland, valued at $120
- $50 gift card to Hidden Pines Christmas Tree Farm, 3829 Limerick Rd, Clyde.
- $50 gift card that can be redeemed at either Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, Yard House, Seasons 52, or Bahama Breeze courtesy of Elmwood Assisted Living & Memory Care of Fremont.
- $50 gift card to Bassett’s Market in Bellevue, Port Clinton and Tiffin courtesy of First National Bank.
- Labatt Cornhole Board Set, valued at $115.14
- Total prize package value = $814.14 Tax Liability: This prize package is worth over $600 and will require the winner to complete an IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded. The value of the prize will be reported to the IRS on Form 1099-MISC, and the winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.
CONDITIONS & LIMITATIONS: Unless otherwise stated, prize packages do not include travel, lodging, meals, or any other incidental expenses. All such costs are the sole financial responsibility of the winner. BAS Broadcasting & Digital assumes no liability and will not provide reimbursement for any travel, accommodations, food, or related expenses incurred in connection with claiming or using the prize. In the event that any games, events, or activities associated with the prize are cancelled or rescheduled, BAS Broadcasting & Digital is not responsible and will not provide cash or alternative prizes in place of the cancelled event. No cash or prize substitutions are allowed, and all prizes will be awarded as described. Limit of one prize per person/family.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: One winner will be selected at the end of the entry period. Of those that guessed the winning reindeer, one winner will be randomly chosen from all eligible entries by BAS Broadcasting & Digital’s Production/Promotions Manager, Audra Sennish. The winner will be randomly selected on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. The winner will be notified by phone by 12:00 PM EST on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, which will be the same day their win is announced on-air and online. If the selected winner cannot be contacted within 30 days, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize or return a completed affidavit and release as required, an alternate winner will be chosen from the remaining eligible entries. All winners must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and/or a publicity and liability release, unless prohibited by law.
CONDITIONS: The sponsor, including its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotion agencies, shall not be responsible or liable for late, lost, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries, or for any telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions or failures. The sponsor is also not responsible for any conditions or events beyond its control that may disrupt or corrupt the contest, including injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize, participation in the contest, or by acceptance, possession, or use of a prize. Any printing or typographical errors in contest materials are also the responsibility of the entrant, not the sponsor. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Taxes on all prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the Official Rules.
